Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Millionaire mobile game, website and related services. By creating an account, playing or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum age required in your country and have permission from a parent or guardian where required. Keep your device and account access secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Profile information must not impersonate or harm others.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the game for entertainment in accordance with these Terms and store rules. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with or commercially exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Fair play and player content

Do not fabricate results, use modified clients, automate requests, exploit faults, manipulate matchmaking or purchases, harass players, impersonate others, or submit unlawful or inappropriate names, images or messages. You grant us permission to host and display profile content only as needed to operate the game. You retain any rights you have in that content.

Points and virtual items

Game points, cash and virtual items are licensed digital features, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged outside the game, and are not transferable unless a game feature expressly allows it. We may correct balances affected by errors, fraud, refunds, chargebacks or rule violations.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their payment terms. Prices and availability are displayed by the applicable store before confirmation. Consumable items are credited after successful verification and may be used only as described in the game. Refund requests are handled under store policies and applicable law.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

Millionaire Club may be offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The title, duration and localized price are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically for the same period and your account is charged at the then-displayed price. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Benefits apply while active and may include removal of ads and access to additional club features as shown at purchase.

On Apple platforms, use is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Advertising and third-party services

The free service may include advertising and third-party links or integrations. Their services and data practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for services outside our control.

Moderation, suspension and termination

You may block or report players and delete your account from Profile. We may investigate reports, remove content, correct results, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect players, comply with law or secure the service.

Availability and changes

Game balance, properties, features and availability may change. We may maintain, update or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to provide a reliable experience but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as available” without implied warranties beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in Jordan, without limiting mandatory rights under your local law. We may update them when the service or legal requirements change. Questions: support@ammanhub.com.

شروط الاستخدام

تنظم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق لعبة المليونير والموقع والخدمات المرتبطة بهما. بإنشاء حساب أو اللعب أو الشراء، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.

الأهلية والحساب

يجب أن تستوفي الحد الأدنى للعمر في بلدك وأن تحصل على إذن ولي الأمر عندما يكون مطلوباً. حافظ على أمان جهازك وحسابك، وأنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يتم من خلاله. يجب ألا تنتحل بيانات الملف هوية الآخرين أو تسبب لهم الضرر.

الترخيص والاستخدام المقبول

نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً محدوداً وغير حصري وغير قابل للنقل وقابلاً للإلغاء لاستخدام اللعبة للترفيه وفق هذه الشروط وقواعد المتجر. لا يجوز نسخ الخدمة أو بيعها أو إجراء هندسة عكسية لها أو تعطيلها أو استغلالها تجارياً إلا عندما يسمح القانون بذلك صراحة.

اللعب النزيه ومحتوى اللاعب

يُمنع تزوير النتائج، أو استخدام تطبيق معدل، أو أتمتة الطلبات، أو استغلال الأخطاء، أو التلاعب بالمنافسين أو المشتريات، أو مضايقة اللاعبين، أو انتحال الهوية، أو إرسال أسماء أو صور أو رسائل غير قانونية أو غير مناسبة. تمنحنا إذناً باستضافة وعرض محتوى ملفك بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل اللعبة، وتحتفظ بحقوقك فيه.

النقاط والعناصر الافتراضية

نقاط اللعبة ونقدها وعناصرها الافتراضية مزايا رقمية مرخصة، وليس لها قيمة نقدية، ولا يمكن استبدالها خارج اللعبة أو نقلها إلا إذا سمحت ميزة داخل اللعبة بذلك. وقد نصحح الأرصدة المتأثرة بخطأ أو احتيال أو استرداد أو مخالفة.

المشتريات

تعالج Apple أو Google المشتريات وفق شروط الدفع الخاصة بها، ويعرض المتجر السعر والتوفر قبل التأكيد. تُضاف العناصر الاستهلاكية بعد التحقق الناجح وتُستخدم وفق وصفها داخل اللعبة. تخضع طلبات الاسترداد لسياسات المتجر والقانون المنطبق.

الاشتراكات المتجددة تلقائياً

قد يتوفر نادي المليونير باشتراك شهري أو سنوي متجدد تلقائياً. يظهر اسم الاشتراك ومدته وسعره المحلي قبل الشراء، ويتم خصم الدفع من حساب المتجر. يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً للمدة نفسها ويُخصم السعر المعروض حينها ما لم يتم إلغاؤه قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية المدة الحالية. يمكنك إدارته أو إلغاؤه من إعدادات App Store أو Google Play. تسري المزايا أثناء نشاط الاشتراك، وقد تشمل إزالة الإعلانات والوصول إلى مزايا أندية إضافية وفق ما يظهر عند الشراء.

يخضع الاستخدام على منصات Apple كذلك إلى اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple‏ (EULA).

الإعلانات وخدمات الجهات الأخرى

قد تتضمن الخدمة المجانية إعلانات أو روابط أو خدمات تقدمها جهات أخرى، وتخضع خدماتها وممارسات بياناتها لشروطها وسياساتها. لسنا مسؤولين عن الخدمات الخارجية التي لا نسيطر عليها.

الإشراف والتعليق والإنهاء

يمكنك حظر اللاعبين أو الإبلاغ عنهم وحذف حسابك من الملف الشخصي. وقد نتحقق من البلاغات أو نحذف محتوى أو نصحح نتائج أو نقيّد المزايا أو نعلّق الحساب أو ننهيه عند الحاجة المعقولة لتطبيق الشروط أو حماية اللاعبين أو الالتزام بالقانون أو تأمين الخدمة.

التوفر والتغييرات

قد تتغير موازنة اللعبة والأماكن والمزايا والتوفر، وقد نجري الصيانة أو التحديث أو نوقف أجزاء من الخدمة. نسعى لتقديم تجربة موثوقة، لكننا لا نضمن توفرها بلا انقطاع أو أخطاء.

إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، تُقدم الخدمة «حسب توفرها» دون ضمانات ضمنية تتجاوز الحقوق التي لا يمكن استبعادها قانوناً. لا نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية الناشئة عن الاستخدام، ولا نحد من حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية أو المسؤولية التي لا يمكن تقييدها قانوناً.

القانون والتغييرات والتواصل
