Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Millionaire collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the mobile game, public website and related services. We do not sell your personal information.

Who is responsible

The Millionaire game operator is responsible for the processing described here. Privacy and account-deletion questions can be sent to support@ammanhub.com.

Information we collect

Account and profile: display name, optional photo, country, internal player ID, and the Apple or Google account identifier and email supplied by your sign-in provider.
Game activity: points, wins and losses, matches, challenges, opponents, property and saved-game state, leaderboard position, reports, blocks and transaction history.
Device and technical data: platform, app version, notification token, IP address, request and security logs, crash or diagnostic information, and timestamps.
Purchases and advertising: product identifiers, purchase status and store transaction references needed to validate or restore purchases. Apple and Google process payment details; we do not receive your full payment-card number.
Support: information you choose to include when contacting us or reporting another player.

How we use information

We use information to create and synchronize accounts, save progress, match players, run challenges and leaderboards, deliver notifications, validate purchases, provide advertising, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce game rules, investigate errors, answer support requests and improve reliability. Processing is necessary to provide the service, protect legitimate security interests, comply with law, and honor choices or consent where required.

Sharing and service providers

Limited information may be processed by hosting and database providers and by Firebase for authentication and messaging, Google for sign-in, Play purchases and advertising, and Apple for sign-in and App Store purchases. Public profile name, photo, country, score and game record may be visible to other players and on leaderboards. We may disclose information when legally required or needed to protect players, rights and service security.

Advertising and choices

The free game may display ads through Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your device, region and consent choices, ads may use device advertising identifiers or be non-personalized. You can change advertising privacy choices in your device or Google settings. Eligible purchases or subscriptions may remove ads as described in the store.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to operate the game. Security, dispute, purchase and accounting records may be retained longer where required for fraud prevention, legal obligations or transaction integrity. You can delete your account from the Profile screen. Deletion removes login credentials and notification tokens and deletes or anonymizes profile information, while limited game, purchase, safety and accounting records may remain without directly identifying you. Unclaimed imported legacy profiles may be disabled and anonymized after their stated activation period.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, or ask for a portable copy of applicable personal data. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Use the in-app profile controls or email us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security and international processing

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

Children

Millionaire is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age required in their country. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information without appropriate permission should contact us so we can review and remove it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the game, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Questions or deletion help: support@ammanhub.com.

نشاط اللعبة: النقاط، والانتصارات والخسائر، والمباريات، والتحديات، والمنافسون، والأملاك، وحالة اللعبة المحفوظة، والترتيب، والبلاغات، والحظر، وسجل العمليات.
بيانات الجهاز والبيانات التقنية: المنصة، وإصدار التطبيق، ورمز الإشعارات، وعنوان IP، وسجلات الطلبات والأمان، ومعلومات الأعطال أو التشخيص، والتوقيتات.
المشتريات والإعلانات: معرّفات المنتجات وحالة الشراء ومراجع عمليات المتجر اللازمة للتحقق أو الاستعادة. تعالج Apple وGoogle بيانات الدفع ولا نستلم رقم بطاقة الدفع كاملاً.
الدعم: المعلومات التي تختار إرسالها عند التواصل معنا أو الإبلاغ عن لاعب.

كيف نستخدم المعلومات

نستخدم المعلومات لإنشاء الحساب ومزامنته، وحفظ التقدم، واختيار المنافسين، وتشغيل التحديات ولوحة الصدارة، وإرسال الإشعارات، والتحقق من المشتريات، وعرض الإعلانات، ومنع الاحتيال والإساءة، وتطبيق قواعد اللعبة، والتحقق من الأخطاء، وتقديم الدعم وتحسين الموثوقية. تتم المعالجة لتقديم الخدمة وحماية مصالح الأمان المشروعة والالتزام بالقانون واحترام الموافقة أو الخيارات عندما تكون مطلوبة.

المشاركة ومقدمو الخدمات

قد تعالج جهات الاستضافة وقواعد البيانات معلومات محدودة، وكذلك Firebase للمصادقة والإشعارات، وGoogle لتسجيل الدخول ومشتريات Play والإعلانات، وApple لتسجيل الدخول ومشتريات App Store. قد يظهر اسمك وصورتك ودولتك ونقاطك وسجل لعبك للاعبين الآخرين وفي لوحة الصدارة. وقد نفصح عن المعلومات عند إلزامنا قانونياً أو لحماية اللاعبين والحقوق وأمان الخدمة.

الإعلانات والخيارات

قد تعرض النسخة المجانية إعلانات عبر Google Mobile Ads. وقد تستخدم الإعلانات معرّف الإعلانات في الجهاز أو تكون غير مخصصة حسب الجهاز والمنطقة وخيارات الموافقة. يمكنك تغيير خيارات خصوصية الإعلانات من إعدادات الجهاز أو Google. وقد تزيل المشتريات أو الاشتراكات المؤهلة الإعلانات وفق الوصف في المتجر.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب أثناء نشاطه وبالقدر اللازم لتشغيل اللعبة. وقد نحتفظ بسجلات الأمان والنزاعات والمشتريات والمحاسبة مدة أطول لمنع الاحتيال أو تنفيذ الالتزامات القانونية أو الحفاظ على نزاهة العمليات. يمكنك حذف الحساب من شاشة الملف الشخصي؛ ويؤدي ذلك إلى إزالة بيانات الدخول ورموز الإشعارات وحذف بيانات الملف أو إخفاء هويتها، مع احتمال بقاء سجلات محدودة للعب والمشتريات والسلامة والمحاسبة دون تعريف مباشر بك. وقد تُعطّل ملفات اللاعبين القديمة غير المطالب بها وتُخفى هويتها بعد مهلة التفعيل المعلنة.

حقوقك

بحسب موقعك، قد يحق لك طلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف أو التقييد أو الاعتراض أو الحصول على نسخة قابلة للنقل من البيانات المنطبقة. ويمكنك سحب الموافقة عندما تعتمد المعالجة عليها. استخدم خيارات الملف داخل التطبيق أو راسلنا، وقد نحتاج إلى التحقق من هويتك قبل تنفيذ الطلب.

الأمان والمعالجة الدولية

نستخدم وسائل إدارية وتقنية مصممة لحماية المعلومات، لكن لا يمكن لأي خدمة عبر الإنترنت ضمان الأمان المطلق. وقد يعالج مقدمو الخدمة المعلومات في دول أخرى وفق ضماناتهم والقوانين المنطبقة.

الأطفال

اللعبة غير موجهة للأطفال دون 13 عاماً أو السن الأعلى الذي يفرضه بلدهم. إذا اعتقد ولي أمر أن طفلاً قدّم بيانات دون إذن مناسب، فيرجى التواصل معنا لمراجعتها وحذفها.
